Another red flag besides share counting stuff is banking on China deals, Seen that before too... It is very difficult to confirm any such deal or sales as being real..

Also Float lock downs are a Myth...IMHO but everyone has their own beliefs, I just used some words of caution from my expeiences over 20+ years..

Anybody have stock symbols of pinks ( sub 10c ) that went on to big boards and success...
