I spoke to Allan Sheinwald about 2 weeks ago and ask if he could comment of the share price with CERP and he says that he could not comment on the share price but what the company is doing . He said that legislation in the plastic bag ban in Europe is where CERP is primarily looking to get their revenue and that the CEO has spent his life saving into his company . I realize all this but there is no sales happening right now and with forward looking statements they are deceiving investors . I really do not think that the current shareholders will benefit but get totally wiped out . I did call last week and this week to speak with him but he does not answer my calls . He probably has a block on my number . That is my opinion
