Of course there is no link because that info has not been disclosed. But look at the deals that have been announced with other Kenya blocks. Not much cash other than reimbursement for exploration costs to date. How much has erhc invested so far? How much cash is it reasonable to expect them to receive? Looks like overwhelming odds that there won't be a lot of cash involved and share price is saying the same thing. That doesn't mean the share price can't go up a lot from here if terms of the deal including how soon drilling could start are viewed as favorable. Just trying to explain what has been happening recently other than calling it "games".
