IGNT was a scam and NIR facilitated IGNT scamming it's shareholders. NIR was paid well at the time for doing so. I do agree, too, that Cory ripped off the NIR investors. Of that I have no doubt.

I just put up the numbers as reported. Heck, I don't even know if the $300k number is real. Why would a 3rd party pick up IGNT's debt??? No compensation for doing so was disclosed. The transaction itself sounds as scammy as everything else surrounding NIR and IGNT.

I don't have a dog in this hunt. IGNT is definitely a scam. Cory is definitely a scammer. NIR INVESTORS by and large are as much victims as IGNT shareholders. PWC is supposed to be recovering money on their behalf. Are they? or are they just racking up billable hours.

BTW, there is $600,000 to UNVC that appears to be uncollectable as well--UNVC not trading this year.
