Reason Why Shares are not Available

The reason no one in their right mind is selling is because the value of NVDL is over 3 times its current price and going up whenever SUDA goes up. Here are the numbers I came up with:

$0.083 current SUDA Price

50,000,000 x 0.083 = .................$4,150,000 Value of SUDA Shares Owned
10,000,000 x 0.033 = ...................$330,000 Value of SUDA Shares options (cost $0.05 to exercise)
....................................................$400,000.00 Cash supposedly on hand

Value of NVDL.............................$4,880,000

Value of NVDL per share.............$4,880,000 / 148,000,000 shares outstanding = $0.032973

Given that SUDA is going up in price, why in the world would you want to sell any stock that you have?

Please let me know if these calculations are flawed in any way.

All this is just my opinion. Less
