I changed up the sticky so we can enjoy Buybio2 thoughts on A/S and the recent filings. It's an excellent read.
Sterling's sticky is a compilation of all vital DD to understand why BONU is positioned so well to succeed.

If I may- Few critical recent points necessary to review- so much DD - but prior to us exploring leveraged buyout and private line of equity for $10mil and its exemplar effect on BONU's growth and revenue potential in 2014

Furthering the DD presented last night- one can assume that BONU has decided to exercise her right to "put shares" for private equity line of credit worth $10 mil. this news would be so huge for BONU- further confirmation that she is positioned well to start generating massive revenues in nationwide sales throughout 1st quarter of 2014. This perfect storm, enabled a short term buying window opportunity for smart money loading LONG at these severely undervalued levels. The 5 day "put shares" contract expired yesterday as well as any significant dilutive measures. This is HUGE. Today- we saw how she really moves and with smart money holding- she can be free tomorrow and next week to hit certain key pivots that will easily make her drive northward toward blue skies and beyond.

I'm of the opinion that BONU has just set in motion the two main catalysts we were anticipating. Their ability for 10mil in a line of equity using a sophisticated methodology that has proven to work for companies ABOUT to ANNOUNCE revenue earnings full capability for -1st quarter 2014 !

Short term this caused unfortunate dilutive means that we just were able to calculate last night for sure.
This designed increase in the A/S accomplishes the goal to secure the $10 mil in financing while maintaining certain provisions protecting from hostile takeover (poison-pill) or in this very case- a stipulation in the "put- share agreement that Southridge never own more than 4.99% of A/S.

Furthermore - confirmation of successful trials and lab studies with Barnabas and with NJ tech- followed by the signing of another national sales distribution contract as well as today national sales partnership - strongly positioned the EPA- approved BONU product line for US markets as the federal law HR 3204 takes effect on 1/1/14.

Please check out this Federal law mandating myriad industry to use EPA approve sterilants as part of their effort for keeping hospitals, government and private big biz factories etc STETILIZED and protected from molds and other targeted inhalants. It can also kill flus, H1N1 Etc which complies with further Health Care legislation. This legislation in totality, goes as far as to fine or induce significant lawsuits against companies or government that fails to adhere.

Major US sales efforts underway to meet the needs of these industries in order to comply.

The goal as per the financials was to be in a financial position to begin these major sales at turn of New Year.
It is my opinion, that these events are substantial catalysts for a severely undervalued company who is confirmed to now start generating significant revenues of their EPA approved Ygiene and Oxiene lines! This and the confirmed action for private financing to support the distribution campaigns without any reverse split fears is also rather indicative here.

All this appears as massive potential. Good for BONU
