Just got off the phone with CA ABC........Marani

has to re-apply, as I said. The license expired on 6/30/11, but they had until 10/14/11 to renew the license had they paid all the fees, which they did not.

IF IF IF they re-applied, the renewal process would have to start all over again. Any taxes owed the state will have to be paid or arrangements made.

I spoke with Angie at the Van Nuys branch, which is where Marani Spirits was LAST known by the CA ABC to be in business. They do not recognize Marani as being in business.
