There is no and will not be a MacuDrop product containing Fuse technology.

The Fuse Science insurance binder does not cover such a product.

Assume MacuDrops "containing Fuse Science Technology" marketed by Macular are found to cause blindness or permanent damage to sublingual tissue.

What is the FS liability?

The Fuse Science insurance binder would deem such a product in breach of the covenants.
