Toby,
Given the current stock price and innumerable e mails; we are exploring a number of options.
Obviously we need to remedy this situation whilst getting on with our business.
My co-Director and I cannot and will not just jump to rash decisions overnight because the stock price has dropped. That does not serve stockholder interests.
We are carefully weighing up various options, getting stockholder input and seeking expert advice. Yes, we are having constructive discussions with Note Holders.
On the subject of a Stock Buyback, I am not ruling it out. HOWEVER, I am not using Lines of Credit that fund Exploration, etc., to buy back stock. Should we pursue that course of action, we will need additional credit lines, that is being explored and with our Note Holders who share your (and our) view that this stock price is unacceptable.
We will update once we have made a final decision as to the best course(s) of action.
I am not just going to put news on operations whilst we are finalizing strategies, working with Geologists, etc. I promised to update on issues, I am doing that.
Obviously I am not at liberty to say anything more at this juncture.
Best,
Ted Blom
