a life changer.has plans for relisting for NASDAQ and the PV when the deal is done,1.5B dollar(1.8 dollar PPS).over 100 new jobs past week.the jobs they are posting are from Cloudeeva itself not from the SANT acquisition. Cloudeeva has been expanding ever since they acquired Bartonics this time last year. Cloudeeva itself has 400 employees at last check, but probably more like 500 now. Adding SANT will add 1500 more employees.

I have never seen so many jobs added in one week(per this the deal is already done.IMO).even Microsoft,Apple and more don't offer so many jobs.cloud companies is the future,competitors trading 7 dollar and north.something very huge on the horizon IMO.the best opp.for a micro cap company these days and maybe that opp.is a life changer.
