"Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The company is not under investigation. As noted in the conference call, there was a review by FINRA initiated in early September and completed by mid-September. To our knowledge this review was conducted as a result of false information provided in a whistle-blower call. To the best of our knowledge, the company satisfied FINRA's requests and the matter was resolved in September as there was no further information required by FINRA.
