I would agree with you, but I have seen Vela do this before and then the RS on the shareholders. I beleive a RS is coming soon I just don't know where and when. This company needs revenue and they need to get it quick. We have seen no heavy PR years and according to Alvarez he isn't planning on doing it any time soon. Unless something explodes (not likley) this stock is head towards the bottom quickley. I don't beleive we will ever see a dollar again.
