2. Stock Based Compensation

On January 10, 2013, the Company issued 55,000,000 shares of our common stock as payment to three
(3) separate consultants as payment in full for services rendered to date of issuance, valued at $295,000,
and is reflected in the accompanying statement of operations in “Consulting fees.”

For the three months ended September 30, 2013, we issued 135,000,000 representing $382,000 in
consulting fees for services rendered to us for website development, investor relations, marketing and
business consulting
