The Company is pleased to announce that it has formed Sino Agro Food Sweden Aktiebolag (publ) ("SIAFS"), a wholly owned subsidiary. SIAFS was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office ("Bolagsverket") on December 16, 2013.

The objects of SIAFS shall be to carry out IR representation, to provide services in agriculture and aquaculture, marketing, sales and trading of agriculture and aquaculture products, facilitate capital raisings and thereby related business.

PricewaterhouseCoopers AB is the appointed auditor and Mr. Klas Brand is the auditor in charge.



Can someone please tell me how to pronounce this name: "Aktiebolag". Yes, I am serious.
