They had it for at least a year and PR'd that they were going to use it for several projects. Those projects never happened which has been the case for years with many projects. Now that the BK is nothing to worry about and Treaty has projects that need funding and Treaty is suppose to be in the best shape ever, why wouldn't that money be available? Wonder if that money was ever there to begin with or maybe it was just another con job? Nothing adds up except the losses. What's the status with US Fuels and the LOI?
