Top, I'm no expert in these matters but you may have found the reason for the hold up. It would make business sense that you need to be free and clear of old baggage before you ask and get new financing for current business? I have searched the United kingdom strike off websites and can only find that a application has been applied for but nothing stating it has been approved. perhaps others will have better luck looking??
