"The last batch of questions from the SEC relating to the S-1 have been answered. I don't know if they (will) have further questions."

So we can conclude a few things.

1) We are not waiting for an amendment.
2) The S-1 process is not completed.
3) The final application for Nasdaq has not been filed yet.

Things can go very fast if the SEC has no further questions. If they do, we are looking at another 2 to 3 weeks until its final.
