That's correct, PB IMO as evidenced by revenue has reached Novelty status; CIRC formulation does nothing for PB; once dispute is resolved PB can contract with any beverage private label and not skip a beat; probably end up with much more productive distribution as a result too ... keep thinking outside th box but don't count on any settlement being of significance to shareholders, chances of that are slim; CIRC w/o PB is like a nit-wit w/o a sugar daddy
