RFMK has no right to the name CannaCig. Thc scientific has the right to "CannaCig" I doubt that RFMK is selling any product called CannaCig.

Well then, I AGAIN urge you to read the filings and to do some more DD, as you appear to be totally misinformed!
The company (RFMK) has been selling the CANNAcig, and Cumulus, on their site www.thecannacig.com for almost 2 years, WAY before THCscientific's bogus claim to the name. This can easily be proven. The name was already being used in commerce! This is a slam dunk case. Just wait until THC tries coming out with a product called the "Cannacig".. Personally I believe they have yet to do so because they realize that would open a door they do NOT want opened!
As you may already be aware, I am very informed on this matter. I am the one who originally purchased the site thecannacig.com...
Whether or not THC applied for a trademark, RFMK had a product and sales being generated on the site at the time of THC applying for the trademark. Their bogus claim to the name can easily be disputed. But this shouldn't matter either way, according to some, RFMK has no product!

Well this has been a lot fun, unfortunately I am all out of posts for the day, I look forward to more debate tomorrow!
