Sambeaux a RS by the contrary the price is increased by the ratio and the OS decreased but the market cap remains same . The forward split is the opposite . RS is done when the price is too low ..
The chart always reflects the price regardless a RS or forward split
But seems the company sold a lot of shares into the market to raise money and that's dilution. The intro on this board gives info
