When I told him it is available on many stocks ...he said it was insider info unless on the financials. He didn't have a good comeback as I explained that is a big red flag. I asked him why he wouldn't give the share structure and he kept saying insider info..which it is obviously not.

I was real excited about this stock but now somewhat cautious. I have a mill shares was looking to take it to 5mil with share verfication. So I will stay put and if this ends up a loser it won't break the bank.
