It is illegal purchasing 3 cents worth of shares just to push the ticker down and keep it down when the fee should be at least 7 dollars, but there is free trades that are being used up. I already got the hammer from TDA saying I cannot be manipulating the stock like that.

I just know that if I call up ETrade they are not going to do anything, but it is worth a try.
