Hi Bull.

Your post acts as-if a Reverse Split is a bad thing.

Try to remember that if the underlying security investment doesn't change, meaning the value of your investment stays the same or even goes up - than that is a successful R/S.

If a company wants to use the R/S to dilute your investment and death spiral - then that is not what I support - and not what we are talking about. It is clear to me that if CAPC were intent on being dead - it would be dead already!! In other words it wouldn't need a reverse split to falter!

Only good things come from addressing the 'capital structure'. If you have any questions regarding this process I would be happy to try and assist.
