Probably to help beginners understand the basic ABC'S of how public companies remain liable regardless of ownership change.

Be much smarter to choose a clean ticker for those looking to go public the inexpensive route.

Can anyone help me understand why the post about suing was marked on the board? What warranted that post to be sticky posted?
