Douglas Pelmear has a second lawsuit against the Henry County Commissioners and others. Second Lawsuit

Another story about the 2nd suit said that Mr. Pelmear believes he has lost millions of dollars due to not being able to get funding because of the bad publicity over the botched loan.

In related news, a post on another message board says that a patent has been granted for Mr. Pelmear and will be published soon.
