Good points Solarguy and points well taken. I am very very careful when accusing someone of a lie. What conclusive proof do you have that Tom lied? If he lied then the board of directors and the SEC would have done away with him. Accusing someone of a lie that eventually defrauded investors is a serious crime. If you do indeed have evidence that this did occur, you need to contact the SEC on our behalf and make the case. You must do this. As for the down turn, when FS stock plummets from roughly $300 per share to $15 and hundreds of solar companies worldwide go under including one of the largest Chinese panel manufactures and heavily subsidized US companies, I would consider this a downturn - one that is thankfully ending and with bluer skies ahead that you have alluded to. I have been with Xsunx since 06. Have seen all the ups and downs. I have no problem with the change in business plans due to matrket conditions. I sure bet Solindra investors wished that their CEO had the presence of mind to do the same. I have colleagues with prominent positions in solar technology manufacturing streams whom offer a unique perspective to the industry as a whole - much different from the retail end of things. We all approach this from different perspectives from which we can all learn.
