2. The property contains substantial niobium deposit according to the Ontario Geological Surveys results.
3. Not a fact for all but it is for those who have read the Colorado School of Mines report. The Niobium can be processed economically viably.
The only issues are can management finance the project, so far no but they have had interested and LOI's and claim they have other interested parties and are there better properties in competitors hands.
Not factual but I expect management can get it financed not because they are so awesome but the property according to my DD is better than any alternatives and the market place seems to indicate new supplies will be needed.
