Since 2008, Foley has worked for NTEK. Heck, he used to be the CEO. Also used to do the financials. We know NTEK isn't exactly setting any income records. He filed for bankruptcy.
Let's see -- Has worked for NTEK, and according to the filings, he has been paid in shares. I believe well over 30M shares. He has no other income. How does he support himself? He starts dumping shares, driving the price down (down from .17).
Now, when he was issued those shares, he was an officer of NTEK. When his shares came off restriction, as an officer of a company, aren't there rules as to how many shares he can sell at a time, or am I confusing that with something else? I'm pretty sure there are rules to follow.
Let's just hope he didn't do what those dunderheads at SPNG did -- had an idiot lawyer illegally lift the legends off the restricted shares too early. And their TA knew about it! Then again, a lot of SPNGS Certs were totally bogus.
But, as some here would say, David has to survive somehow, right? What, he couldn't get a full time job like the rest of us, and work on his programming on the side?
Boy, this whole thing just keeps getting stinkier.
