Alki David+ Clark Ortiz

Here are a couple of iPointTV's PR's linking it to David:

Quote:iPoint TV Enters $245 Billion Worldwide Pay TV Service Market Print Share
SOUTHLAKE, TX, Sep 09, 2013 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- Swordfish Financial, Inc. (OTCQB:SWRF)

Our offices in North & South America, Europe and Asia provide a spring board to deliver iPoint TV strategic partner Omniverse and FilmOn media along with several other providers to a Global audience. FilmOn was founded by billionaire Mr. Alki David which provides LIVE local broadcast channels and national network VOD content. View www.iPointCable.com for a complete list of LIVE and VOD channels.

The following PR also states "View http://www.iPointCable.com for a complete list of LIVE and VOD channels." Clicking on the http://www.iPointCable.com link currently takes you to what appears to be Alki David's Filmon TV website. So it appears some sort of business relationship between the two still exists. http://www.marketwatch.com/story/ipoint-tv-enters-245-billion-worldwide-pay-tv-service-market-2013-09-09

Finally, the App3DTV Facebook page also shows a lot of copyrighted imagery. I'm not asserting that Ortiz and David currently have a formal managerial/ business relationship as previously stated. I am, however, questioning whether Ortiz has permission/ licenses to use the copyrighted content that currently appears on his App3DTV Facebook page, websites and apps. OR is he basing his right to do so on the same logic of his recent Swordfish business partner Mr. David? Mr David is currently neck deep in a legal battle with virtually every major network and movie studio for pirating their content.
