They would buy the corporation as a shell. It wouldn't matter what SDVI sold before the sale of the shell corporation. It's faster and cheaper to buy an existing non productive corporation than having to go through the filing process and issuance of stock.

The company would no longer function as SDVI and the new company would have a completely different product or service. The new corporate management would probably issue a reverse split to reduce the number of outstanding shares.
