My expectation is that this is a very long term hold. When the acquisition goes forward, it will take some time before a significant revenue stream occurs. The change in California law is a plus. But this is one state. Then if the development of a 3D solar panel manages to get through all the hurdles, it will take a while to gear up for production and sales. Given that the 30% Federal solar tax credit expires in 2015, this is a head wind. So those expecting immediate blockbuster news to vault the stock price will be disappointed.
