How is that sweet? All it states is that the company is bleeding serverly and has no potential investors or financing to bail out the current investors who have propped them up over the past year or so.
Unless they JV with someone willing to work with them...this is dead money until they change course. They admitted they aren't purshing the properties withoug further infusion of cash or help from someone else.
As for the financials, I am invested in another company who has been through the same thing...this will take at least another 2+ years to sort out if not more.
For as much as I would like DGRI to take off...this ship has and is sinking. They need to take drastic measures through financing or help. Diluting the stock is not another option.
