As much as the delays in the GOOG case annoy me I must admit (and the reason I continue to hold my shares) is that VRNG has wins everything they touch. They have won the USPTO battles, they won the GOOG trial, they won in India and now Germany. Clearly, they take on battles they know they can win and the only reason the stock value hasn't caught up is that they were snakebit with laches and the jury error on the GOOG trial. Beyond this, they clearly are master chess players and if you think for a moment the MSFT agreement or the Univ VA patents or the ALU agreement aren't part of a master plan, then you haven't been paying attention. Congratulations VRNG.
