As the filing slowly shows up on different radar screens, we might see a new group of investors coming in and short term giving fcpg a roller coaster effect. I'm going out on the ledge here, but I would not be surprised if volume exceeds 500k shares traded today.
On a different note, I was disappointed when fcpg / marcum did not come to a formal agreement as expected by month end October 2013. In retrospect, the extended period of time could posture fcpg in a better light as marcum took the time to more fully examine the potential of fcpg. Certainly the actual contract took time, but the upside for both fcpg / marcum to work expeditiously is present. The more successful fcpg becomes, the more involved marcum becomes . A win -win scenario. David
