Mr. Bolduc said that quote of "critical time period" on October 31, 2013 when we sat around $1.10. He new earnings in 2 weeks would be awful. Since then we have fallen 27%.

I think the quote interpretation of "critical" meaning, 'we have to get our act together quick', is not too far off the mark.

If some want to think things are going along swimmingly...be my guest.

Those folks are in the super minority, imo, and usually incorrect as they have been as far I can remember.
