Is it that they have 2 wells online and expect 2 more by end of 1st qrt if they can secure funds.

Certainly surprised with how slow things here have gone but the potential is still here. Assume they have not been able to attract capital as they expected? I can't figure out any other reason to be so far behind what they expected.

Wasn't it supposed to be 4 by September?

Once they get more wells the cash flow should be able to speed up progress.
