I would imagine that the latest storm throughout the NE over the last few days has had Government offices and workers shut down or at the very best on skeleton crews. This would account for a minor delay of a week or so in hearing back from the state. Just trying to be positive here while waiting on this news.

Be courteous to all, but intimate with few; and let those few be well tried before you give them your confidence.
