I find it quite interesting that I posted that Cassandra Oil is to sell its processors to a joint venture in Iraq for some 8 million dollars each. Now this number seems to have been adopted as a point of departure regarding a JBII processor will fetch if sold. My guess is it will fetch a good deal less. Iraq appears to be rather desperate to reduce its oil spills. I doubt the US buyer will be as desperate.
