Where do you get 20 Million from?

Per MDHI's 8K:
" These actions would likely have the affect of reducing the Company’s debt by approximately $845,092"

Big difference between $850K and $2million.

So they jacked up the share count to 16 Billion to pay off $850K. What's it going to take to pay off the $2 Million owed on the patent?
