I appreciate your words Digitick. I feel pretty down today. Went for my one year evaluation at work and got the worst ever given. In fact, I was told to come back in a few days and try it again. All of it was over misunderstanding how to fill in a question in an evaluation sheet. One year of good work boils down to answering a form incorrectly. Wow. Talk about feeling like hiding under a rock. All that for a .15 cent raise. One day, when my ship comes in no more fear of the big guys pushing me out the door for the younger ones. The worst part was I am sure that they explained it to me perfectly the first time. I know how to answer the evaluation sheet now. Give examples. Your words made me feel better.
