It did go as low as 0.0004 on 12/02 and now at 0.0005-0.0006, volume in the last 3 days was 38 mil out which only 3 mil short, so Robber and Guzzler are selling shares/toxic notes being converted again.
In the past they maxed the shares very close to Authorized shares, now 3 bil, based on that when they get to around 0ne or 2 bil shares , be ready for the 3rd R/S.
