no dilution indeedyes ,that is exactly what i look out for ,"is their dilution? " and for what i see ,their is NON.

all my losers were selling and dumping like crazy ,not the case here with W N T R ,Frank isn't diluting imo

the reason is he has cash coming in.in fact he doesn't even want shareholders now, because he would have to share the profits ,that's why i suspect its the co insiders ,buying on the dips,

WHEN things are maybe we will succeed ,then the ceo want you to take the risk with them , when things are good its ,get rid of shareholders, however i am not leaving nor are investors who know what the own ,just my opinion ,with my little rant.
