BioTech Medical Inc., a manufacturer and national distributor of products to medical facilities, federal government agencies and cost containment organizations.

I think this PR is announcing a significant step for BONU because:

1. BONU would not enter a distribution agreement if it did not have contracts in place and products ready to be sold or that are sold and need to be distributed.

2. BTM is a national distributor which will enable to BONU to market/sell its products across the country which means a larger and diversified base of revenues.

3. Even though BTM is a manufacturer, they do not have such a great product, such as Ygiene, that they could manufacture and distribute, plus the patents that BONU has, that is why they entered this distribution agreement. BONU has the product that will sell!

4. BTM's customers such as medical facilities and federal government agencies will allow BONU to penetrate these establishments through BTM's distribution network and by negotiating contracts with them with an upper hand because of the distribution mechanisms already being in place to deliver them the product whenever they need it through BTM.
