THIS IS LIKE WATCHING A BAD FELLINI MOVIE.

It's so obvious, Simpson does this over and over, he whispers to one of his friendly MOJO shareholder's who spreads rumors again and again that he has "big things happening" , "he has 7/11 contract". " he has deal with the military" "he has wal mart deal" etc…...and his friendly goes out to get others to buy some stock and keep the existing shareholders at bay..

However this time Simpson has an agenda not to get proxies out against him before January because a tranche of 800,000 shares vest for him (i.e. FREE SHARES) plus shares also vest for his inside friendlies, another 600,000 shares. IMO they can all be clawed back.

If you guys really care and want to know what's really happening then contact Simpson and have him DO A REAL PRESS RELEASE AND GIVE A CORPORATE UPDATE SO ALL SHAREHOLDERS CAN BE APPRISED OF WHAT IS HAPPENING AT MOJO AND NOT JUST THOSE SHAREHOLDERS WHO HE DEEMS WORTHY.

If he really does have "big things happening" ALL SHAREHOLDERS ARE ENTITLED TO KNOW.

FACT

THIS COMPANY HAS NOT HAVE ANNUAL MEETING SINCE SIMPSON TOOK OVER SINCE 2011.

NO ANNUAL MEETING IN 2011 2012 OR 2013 WHY ?
