I will vote Harvey Berger for the greatest CEO of all time if his legal team takes actions against the FDA.

In my opinion, there isn't a chance on earth that Ariad would take any action against the FDA. It would be Ariad's version of the nuclear option. If they did that, they should close the doors and shut off the lights.

The chance of them taking action against any of the other parties that many of you are hoping for is not much higher. Ariad will stick to their mission which doesn't include filing lawsuits for actions that are next to impossible to prove.

Vid, your post regarding what the future holds for Ariad (# 41305) makes good sense to me. You (and I) should be glad HB isn't selling. It sux to wait, but we will be rewarded, IMO. However, as you indicated, the next couple of weeks may best be described as an opportunity, ie. lower pps. due to tax loss selling.
