because our O/S is rather low I think the route of selling shares for capital is still better than engaging SFVC in iron ridge or TCA for toxic financing. I would take the route of diluting rather loan sharking anyday until we reach the next milestone..and we are not far..

Once that is at hand we will have tons of finance company line up with unbelievable money factor. Lenders are like dogs. Once they see meat n bone they fight for it. And I think with Hershman on board, I'm confident that he will secure the right lender for svfc. (This is what Vic cannot do)JMO.
