When I read the financials some group gave them 5 mill for shares. I don't think this group would of taken those shares with out knowing that something has to generate big volume to sell them. So this is going to happen in me opinion . I think they are getting most of the money upfront for the financing. But for them to get the money they have to file first. So I think when we see a filing about this it will be go time. I don't think the company would do an unfavorable financing. If they sell 50 mill shares at .10 that's there 5 mill in shares and it would be a small dilution compared to other pennies. Plus with this huge ppa coming I think we can generate a lot of buzz all over the trading world so we will have millions of dollars coming into this stock .
