I think the first step is getting the ppa done and getting investors awareness going so we can show the bank we can get the down payment for the big loan and with a huge 300 mill contract that is not easy to get for any company and takes a lot of work to get done it will instill big confidence in the bank to move forward quickly with this loan knowing now we have a guarantee buyer for the power. The bank will then know that giving us the money to build the wind farm is a good risk for them to take now. Once the ppa comes out which I think will be soon the value on this stock will be at a whole different level and I don't think we will ever see anything under .02 again.
