There is no gold. Companies with properties with any value don't go no bid.

And the currently outstanding toxic convertibles are convertible into somewhere between 7 and 15 BILLION new common shares. At a 50+% discount to the market price, which means it would be guaranteed profit to the holders. As long as they can find people to buy the worthless shares from them, of course.
