OH, the Np-1 Debacle First of the month

How the story kept changing over 3 days wink

Todays emails 12/04- Facebook/twitter post and email to me stating similar 10:02 am (Leslie Hayes). Updated email from Denise Clifford. 11:50am "We will be shipping some NP-1's....".

No they just said this 11 hours ago on the FB site. "The email was misunderstood that if an NP-H1 (not NP-1) was ordered it would be received by Christmas and the answer was yes. We have not announced a shipping date for the NP-1. However, if you would like an NP-H1 by Christmas please order as soon as possible."

Maybe I am not understanding what you are saying because his email is dated Dec 3 and this was posted 11 hours ago which makes what they said the 4th so it contradicts what his email says. If I am wrong please point it out exactly I am just for the facts and NTEK LONG.

We simply cannot make any promises or have any misleading information out there. That is not how we operate here. We will not risk anything if it cost us unhappy customers. Happy customers and superior products are what makes a company succeed and that is who and what we are concerned with. I hope everyone understands this and thank you for your patience.
